This policy explains what personal information Apex Software, LLC, doing business as Peak Solutions("we", "us"), collects through https://peaksolutions.tech (the "site"), why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it. We've tried to write it so you can actually read it.
The short version: we collect what you send us through the contact form, we only run analytics if you opt in, and we don't sell your information to anyone.

What we collect
Information you give us
When you use the contact form, email us or call us, we collect what you choose to share. On the form that is your name, email address, company name (optional), what you need help with, a rough budget (optional) and your message.
Information collected automatically
- Server and security logs. The site runs on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address, browser type, the page requested and similar technical details so it can deliver the page and block attacks. To tell people apart from bots, Cloudflare may run a short security script and set the security cookies listed in our cookie policy. We use all of this only to keep the site working and secure, never for advertising.
- Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records things like the pages you view, how long you stay, the site that referred you, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (city level). It's loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz, which sends this data to Google from Cloudflare's servers, so Google's own code doesn't run in your browser. If you don't opt in, none of this is collected.

We don't collect sensitive personal information, and we don't buy information about you from anyone.
How we use it, and our legal basis

We don't use your information for automated decision-making or profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, delivers contact form messages to our inbox, and runs Zaraz, which records your cookie choices and loads analytics.
- Google LLC provides Google Analytics, only if you consent.
- Our email provider stores the messages you send us.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business (in which case this policy would continue to apply).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising or targeted advertising. We haven't done so in the past 12 months.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the US and elsewhere. Where data about people in the EEA, UK or Switzerland is transferred, we rely on our providers' participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK and Swiss extensions) or on Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become projects: up to 3 years after our last contact, then deleted.
- Client correspondence and records: for the length of our relationship plus 7 years, for tax and legal reasons.
- Google Analytics data: 14 months, then deleted automatically by Google.
- Your cookie choice: up to 1 year. We'll ask again sooner if we add a new tool.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, the contact form is rate limited, and access to our inbox and systems is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach where the law requires.
Your rights
Everyone
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@peaksolutions.tech with the subject line "Privacy request". You can change your cookie choices at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.
EEA, UK and Switzerland
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your data, and to data portability. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, though we'd appreciate the chance to fix things first.
United States
Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Kentucky, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, targeted advertising and certain profiling (we don't do any of these, but you can still tell us);
- limit the use of sensitive personal information (we don't collect any);
- not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights;
- appeal if we turn down your request.
California notice at collection. In the past 12 months we have collected identifiers (name, email address) and, with consent, internet activity information (analytics). We collected them from you and your browser, for the purposes described above, and disclosed them only to the service providers listed above. We did not sell or share them.
How requests work
Email sales@peaksolutions.tech or call (502) 219-2749. We'll confirm we received your request within 10 days and respond within 45 days (30 days for GDPR requests). We may need to verify your identity, usually by confirming details only you would know or replying from the email address we have on file. You can use an authorised agent; we'll ask for proof they can act for you. If we decline your request, reply to our decision with the word "Appeal" and we'll review it within 60 days. If you're still unhappy, you can contact your state attorney general.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Controlsignal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising. We don't do any of those today, and we'll keep honouring the signal if we ever add marketing tools. There's no agreed standard for "Do Not Track" signals, so we don't respond to them separately, but you're never tracked here unless you opt in.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and isn't directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Other websites
Our work page links to other sites. Their privacy practices are their own, even when we built or support them, so check their policies.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes, and any time we add a new tracking tool, we'll ask for your cookie consent again.
